We provide medical billing, coding, and related revenue cycle management services. Specific terms of service, including fees, deliverables, and timelines, will be set forth in separate agreements between you and Rapid Response.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business or practice to use our services. By engaging us, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services.
- Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, including HIPAA, in your own operations.
4. HIPAA and Confidentiality
When our services involve Protected Health Information (“PHI”), we will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and comply with HIPAA requirements. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including rates, due dates, and late fees, will be defined in your service agreement. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and tools provided by Rapid Response remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Response shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay invoices, or engage in illegal or unethical conduct. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all outstanding fees.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Rapid Response operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
